Thank you for writing to us. During the winter special the hourly repair rate is decreased by $25 per hour.
It is very difficult to determine repair costs without actually seeing the propellers. Damage can be more or less time consuming depending on location. Seeing the propellers, if only by picture helps greatly in offering a quality quote or estimate.
I can tell you if the props have little to no damage other than “lightly” nicked leading edges, the time to repair, balance and buff could be as little as 1 hour or $90 per prop. Send some pictures to brett@bblades.com and I will give you a better quote. Or, send in the propellers and we can contact you with pricing prior to stating the work.
Without a doubt, this is the time to get it taken care of.

I am interested in propeller reconditioning. I have Bravo III XR props on my 38 Fountain Express Cruiser. 496HO with Bravo III X drives.
They are in fairly good condition. I am interested in having them “tuned” to get a bit more performance and efficiency.
