BACKORDER / INVENTORY STATUS AGREEMENT
Online order cancellations will incur cancellation fees. If you are concerned about cancellation fees call for availability before placing the order.
Once you place your order, if any of the items are in backorder status we will contact you via email or phone to make you aware of the status. We will not complete your order until we receive confirmation from you via email or phone.
Once contacted, You will have 2 options.
(Option 1) Cancel your order with a 4% cancellation fee.
(Option 2) Keep your order in place and wait for your backordered product to arrive.
***IMPORTANT*** If you select option 2 and decide to cancel later, you will be charged a 4% cancellation fee plus a $30 processing fee.
